Today we got a FUN Activities Update :) With New Recipes, Arts and Crafts and Outdoor Activities :)

RECIPES :)
Pizza Map :)
You Will Need:
A large bowl
Tea towel
Rolling pin
Baking tray
Ingredients
1 cup warm water
1 1/2 teaspoons of active dry yeast
2 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 can tomato sauce
Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese, shredded
Toppings:
Chopped fresh spinach
Chopped fresh broccoli
And any other topping to make a map of the island

Directions:
Calling all explorers! It’s time for discoveries, so what’s better than a map of the island to eat? Have fun and enjoy!
- Put the flour into a large bowl, then stir in the yeast, salt and sugar.
- Pour warm water and the olive oil into the bowl.
- Mix everything together until the dough is soft and fairly wet.
- Turn the dough onto a lightly-floured surface, and knead for 5 minutes until smooth
- Cover with a tea towel and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, pre-hear oven to approx. 450°F.
- Roll out the dough until it is a similar size to the tray.
- Put the dough on the tray and add the sauce and cheese.
- Add the toppings, trying to make the rooms of the island.
Tip: Add some spinach and broccoli to make the Forest! - Let your imagination go wild to create the rest of the rooms.
- Bake at 450°F for 14 minutes or until golden brown.

ARTS AND CRAFTS :)
Puffle Compass :)
You will Need:
Small bowl
Water
Needle/hair pin
Modeling clay
Magnet
Markers, pencils, etc.
Puffle Compass printout
* Make sure your parent or guardian helps you with these!
Directions
- Print the Puffle compass template. Color it in and cut along the dotted line.
- Fill the bowl with water up to the middle.
- Rub the needle/hair pin against the magnet.
Tip: Always rub the needle in the same direction across the magnet - Shape the clay into a small circle (about the size of a small coin).
- Attach the clay onto the centre of the compass template.
- Center the needle/hair pin on the template, pointing toward ‘N’.
- Float your compass in your bowl of water.
- Now you’re ready to explore! Your new compass will always point North no matter how much you move it.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES :)
Puffle Round-Up :)
You will Need:
A Puffle/ball
The compass you’ve made on Arts and Crafts!
A large outdoor space
3 or more friends
How to play:
Tell your friends you’ll need help rounding up some Puffles!
- Gather some friends in an outdoor space with trees, plants, etc.
- You’ll be the first Puffle handles.
- Show the compass you’ve made on Arts and Crafts! to everybody. You’ll use this to give directions.
- Ask your friends to close their eyes.
- Hide the Puffle/ball somewhere – for example, behind a tree.
- Remember where you hide it to give directions using the Puffle compass.
- Tell your friends to open their eyes.
- Give directions such as: “The Puffle is North East of where we’re standing.”
- Looking at the compass, your friends will head to that area and start searching.
- Whoever finds the Puffle first is the next Puffle handler, and the game starts all over again.
