My eye was drawn to the Black Eyed Susan's again! I love the very bright color! I had a few minutes to play around in Photoshop Elements and came up with some interesting versions of the same flower. It is going to be very hot today......about 85 as the high! It's going to rain tomorrow and the high will only be about 71. I guess it won't be a good day for painting the house.

New Brass and Glass Earrings
Here are a couple of earrings that I have listed in my Etsy shop this week. My sister-in-law from Charlotte, NC will be visiting with us today. My husband left to go and pick her up from her mothers. This is all that I had time to do today! I can't wait until she gets here. I haven't seen her in over a year!

My heart really did guide me on this task! This white opal glass is displaying a subtle, inner glow that I can see depending on the light/angle. I think that you will love the beautiful contrast between the ornate, highly polished brass and the white opal glass. This necklace is also beaded all of the way to the repousse clasp. And of course the brass is nickel and lead free.
I have designed earrings for pierced ears to go with this necklace. I had the most incredibly happy feelings while designing this set!
