I Still Can't Believe The Vikings Drafted Ponder At #12
I'm sure the Minnesota Vikings' cheerleaders were scratching their pretty little heads as much as the rest of us when their team drafted Florida State's Christian Ponder with the 12th pick in the NFL draft last weekend. Talk about a giant reach. Now the Vikings' cheerleaders are going to have to cheer for a middle of the pack team again instead of a Super Bowl contender.
At least they're still damn hot.

Sunday Night Football Preview -- Vikings v. Packers
Last year this game was a big story for like 2 months. This year, there seems to be a different Favre-related story circulating. You may have heard a little something about it. Honestly, that story doesn't really do a whole lot for me. Sure the guy's a moron, but I just can't get fired up about it.
As far as this game goes, I think it's pretty obvious who I'm picking here since the Packers still refuse to have cheerleaders. Speaking of morons!!!

Monday Night Football Cheerleader Match-Up Week 5
We've got a doozy of a game this week between the Minnesota Vikings and NY Jets. The big story of this game is the return of Randy Moss to the Vikes. It will be interesting to see just how much he gets used to tonight. If they give him a full load, I'd expect Favre to throw to him about 28 times tonight. Hell, I'd throw every ball his way, but that's just me.
On the cheerleader front, we've got another great match-up of hotties. We talk about the Jets cheerleaders a lot, but the Vikings cheerleaders are no slouches. I think this is a high level cheerleader battle, but I'd have to give the Jets the edge.

Minnesota Vikings Looking At LT, Cheerleaders Excited
I realize that LT is past his prime, but talk about a good 3rd down back. Dude is a 1st ballot Hall of Famer that you can bring in to catch some balls out of the backfield and run draws on 3rd and 18. I think LT still has that left in him.

NFL Playoffs Cheerleader Preview -- Vikings v. Saints
This is the match-up that everyone wanted to see. A couple of high-octane offenses that fling the ball all over the field. What should be a great atmosphere in New Orleans. And, of course, Brett Favre. Personally, I'm tired of everyone (I'm looking at you ESPN) falling all over themselves to tell us just how good Favre was this season. Sure he was good. But Drew Brees was better. In basically every category that means something: completion percentage, yards, yards per attempt, touchdowns and passer rating. The only category where Favre is better, amazingly, is interceptions (11 for Brees, 7 for Favre). So let's show Drew Brees and the boys a little love please.
While I'm scared the Vikings D, especially Jared Allen and the rest of the d-line, could cause too much havoc, I think the Saints pull this one out. The defenses aren't that fair apart statisically, and I just think the Saints have the better offense. Plus, I hope Favre throws one of his patented stupid, drive/game killing INTs in the 4th quarter.
The cheerleaders also pose a great match-up. The Vikings definitely have A LOT going for them. I mean, we're talking some potential Hall of Fame material. But the Saints come right back at them with young, MAJOR talent of their own. I'm taking the Saints here. Youth trumps experience on the sideline.

NFL Playoffs Cheerleader Preview -- Cowboys v. Vikings
Is Tony Romo the next Brett Favre? I don't know, but I bet ESPN spends all morning trying to decide. I, for one, couldn't really care less. Just because Romo runs around and throws a lot of ill-advised passes doesn't make him Brett Favre. He's going to have to win a big game or two and fake retire about 3 times before I'm ready to pass the torch. Regardless, I think this might be my favorite match-up of this round of the playoffs. I'm looking forward to seeing which Cowboys team shows up and how many times Jared Allen can plant Tony Romo in the turf. I'm taking the Vikings.
It's just really difficult to pick against the Cowboys cheerleaders. They are a classic, and they still bring some serious heat. Those little white shorts just keep on getting smaller. But the Vikings cheerleaders are no slouches. They all have some big . . . hearts . . . and really work hard to make you happy. But I've got to go old school on this one.

Monday Night Football Cheerleader Match-Up #6
Well this is just starting to get annoying. Why in the hell would any self-respecting NFL team not have cheerleaders? Don't they know I'm running a blog about pro cheerleaders? Makes it a little difficult to preview a football game without cheerleaders. Whatever. At least the Vikings came to play.
MINNESOTA VIKINGS
This squad has all of the bells and whistles necessary to win a championship. They have the flash and the grinders that can work together to form the perfect unit. Who cares if there is a little in-fighting & squabbling, there is enough talent here to overcome damn near any obstacle.
CHICAGO BEARS
The Bears apparently disbanded the Honey Bears after the 1985 season because the squad didn't fit the tough image the football team had at the time. Well maybe it's time to re-think that decision fellas. Because you certainly aren't very tough anymore. Here's a pic from back in the day as a token gesture.
Do I really even need to tell you who I think wins this game? Here's a hint, it's not the team who's cheerleaders can be found promoting film for a camera that was out of date over a decade ago!
