Sugar Bowl Cheerleader Preview -- #6 Ohio State v. #8 Arkansas
Another year, another BCS bowl game pitting Ohio State and a SEC opponent. Unfortunately for Buckeye fans, those match-ups haven't really gone as planned in the past. But this is a new team. I hate looking at past seasons to predict how a team will play. That just makes no sense to me. Instead, I prefer to look at just how distracted OSU's team will be. It's kind of a joke that these 5 guys are playing tonight, but I also think it's a joke to suspend them for 5 games for selling jerseys and rings.
Regardless, the biggest issue for Ohio State tonight is Ryan Mallett. Dude has a monster arm and the ability to throw for about 800 yards everytime he touches the field. If he can handle the pressure of the big game, then I think the Hogs pull this one out.

Week 13 Winners -- Arkansas
Weekly Winners is our weekly highlights of college football teams that pulled off upsets during the previous weekend. As usual, we will celebrate these upsets with cheerleaders. And maybe a little snarky commentary.
Well this game just completely screwed up the BCS hopes of a few teams. It also opened the door for others, including Arkansas. This was huge win for the Razorbacks and could potentially put them in a BCS game (but I doubt it). More than anything, though, it ruined any hopes LSU had for a title game shot as slim as those might have been.

Game of the Day -- #1 Alabama v. #10 Arkansas
This week is full of good games (which is amazing for the 4th week of the season). We could have easily highlighted the Oregon State/Boise State game, or the South Carolina/Auburn game, or even the West Virginia/LSU game. But let's be honest, 2 top 10 teams playing each other is a big deal. Even if Arkansas is overrated.
I think Alabama is the easily the best team in the country, but this game is in Fayeteville, so that means anything can happen. I just don't think it will. Of course, that could be because I don't really like Arkansas very much. Who knows? Speaking of Arkansas, FratHouseSports had a nice little tribute to the Arkansas cheerleaders the other day.

Arkansas Cheerleaders Want A New Basketball Coach
Just like every other person that follows Arkansas basketball except for one person, Arkansas AD Jeff Long. Apparently he is the only person in the entire state that doesn't think John Pelphrey should be looking for a new job.
One thing Arkansas doesn't need: new cheerleaders. These girls are working out just fine.

Liberty Bowl -- Arkansas v. East Carolina
I never realized how many crappy bowls there are on New Year's Day. How did the Liberty Bowl sneak in here? East Carolina is a tough team and the two-time Conference USA champ. I don't know much about them, but they always seem to be sneaky good.
Arkansas, of course, has prototypical QB Ryan Mallett at the helm and should sling the ball all over the field against the Pirates. Mallett thinks he'll be a Heisman favorite next year (never mind the fact that Ingram will be back at Bama), so I'm sure he'll try to use this game to get the hype machine rolling.
