Monday Night Football Cheerleader Match-Up Week 8
This match-up has become one of the best series in the past couple of years, and this season's opening week battle was no different. Houston finally came out on top behind Arian Foster's 231 rushing yards. Don't think Peyton Manning hasn't been stewing over that loss for the past 7 weeks. That dude HATES to lose, so my guess is he will come out firing on all cylinders this week. Which could set up a shoot-out in Indy. Me likey.
The other shoot-out in this match-up is between the cheerleaders. I think the Colts cheerleaders are damn hot (any squad that wears chaps is a winner in my book), but the Texans cheerleaders are quickly becoming one of my favorite pro squads in any sport. Here is some photographic evidence of the cheerleader "arms race" in the AFC South.

What the hell happened to the Dallas Cowboys this season? 1-4? Seriously? Yet people are still all over their jocks. I heard someone on ESPN Radio today say the Cowboys still have one of the best offenses in the league and one of the best defenses in the league. Yeah, pretty sure a 1-4 record proves that statement demonstrably FALSE.
On the other hand, the Giants are quietly having a pretty good season. They may not be splashy or spectacular, but their D is badass (again). And that's what it takes to win games in this league. Of course, playing the Bears pumps up some of their defensive stats, but who cares?
Having said all of that, though, I'm still picking the Cowboys purely based on the cheerleaders and lack thereof in the Giants case.

I was actually pretty surprised when I saw that both of these teams are 3-2 on the season. For some reason I thought they both sucked pretty hard. Of course, everyone in the AFC South is 3-2, so I'm not sure this is an achievement for either team. And if you had to handicap it right now I'm pretty sure most folks would take the Colts and Texans over the Titans and Jags.
Regardless, the cheerleaders in tonight's match-up can absolutely stand up to their division foes. There is no lacking for talent in Music City or the northern part of FLA (which I think they can attest to in Gainesville and Tallahassee). So, between watching Chris Johnson rip off highlight reel runs and Marcedes Lewis catch a TD every 3 pass receptions, make sure to check out the sidelines.

Monday Night Football Cheerleader Match-Up Week 5
We've got a doozy of a game this week between the Minnesota Vikings and NY Jets. The big story of this game is the return of Randy Moss to the Vikes. It will be interesting to see just how much he gets used to tonight. If they give him a full load, I'd expect Favre to throw to him about 28 times tonight. Hell, I'd throw every ball his way, but that's just me.
On the cheerleader front, we've got another great match-up of hotties. We talk about the Jets cheerleaders a lot, but the Vikings cheerleaders are no slouches. I think this is a high level cheerleader battle, but I'd have to give the Jets the edge.

Finally the NFL throws me a bone on a primetime game. And it's a BIG bone. We all know the Dolphins cheerleaders are smokin' hot, but the Pats cheerleaders are pretty underrated. There is a ton of hotness walking around in New England, and the Patriots always seem to snag plenty of it for their squads. Too bad it gets so damn cold up there and the girls have to cover up for most of the season. But we'll take what we can get.

Monday Night Football Cheerleader Match-Up Week 3
Ahh, the old NFL Norris Division. This game really should never be played before at least the middle of October. It's just too warm outside for the Packers and Bears to play each other. This game should be played when there is snow on the ground. Hell, most of the players won't even be wearing long sleeves tonight.
The other thing that sucks about this game: A COMPLETE F'ING LACK OF CHEERLEADERS. Are you kidding me, NFL? How am I supposed to break down the game based on the cheerleaders if there are no cheerleaders? It's like the NFL doesn't even know I exist. What a joke. So here's a pic of the Bears cheerleaders from the 80's and some crazy Packers granny. Enjoy.

Monday Night Football Cheerleader Match-Up Week 2
Before Week 1 this looked like a very enticing match-up. Then the 49ers went out and laid a complete egg in the opening weekend. Not to mention the Saints didn't look all that amazing in their primetime season opener with the Vikings. I still think this will be a good game to watch as the San Fran D tries to shut down Drew Brees and company (and from a fantasy football perspective that is exactly what I need to happen.
On the cheerleader side of things, it's a pretty tough call. Let's check out the evidence.
NEW ORLEANS SAINTS
The Saints girls just look like they know how to have a good time. Probably the fact that they live in New Orleans and are smokin' hot. I think those 2 factors alone automatically make a girl look like she'd be fun to hang out with. My guess is these girls rule Bourbon Street.

SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS
There really is something to be said for cheerleader outfits that make the girls look like pirate wenches. I'm not into pirates as much as some people, but the pirate wench look is a definitely a winner
I think I have to go with the Saints on this one if for no other reason than the adorable little blonde in the last 2 pics. She puts them in the lead against just about every other team in the league, in my opinion.
Monday Night Football Cheerleader Match-Up Week 1 (Part 2)
Remember when we talked about how good of a game the first Monday Night Football game was going to be? Well, this game shouldn't really compare. Now, I'm a Chiefs fan, so I'm stoked they are on MNF tonight. But I know the only reason is the newly renovated Arrowhead Stadium. The Chiefs have no business playing a primetime game this year, but I'll take it. On to the preview.
SAN DIEGO CHARGERS
If the Chargers played in any other division in the league (except the NFC West) I don't think anyone would be talking about them as a surefire playoff squad. Lucky for the Bolts they play in a horrendous division. Remember when the AFC West was good? Man, those were the days.

KANSAS CITY CHIEFS
God I want the Chiefs to be good again. I grew up in Kansas City, and I fondly remember the days of Derrick Thomas, Neil Smith, et al. The Chiefs were damn good and Arrowhead was probably the most difficult stadium in the league to play in for a visiting team. Today, yeah, we suck something awful. But there is room for optimism. It's slight, but it's there. Hell, we might not even pick in the Top 10 in this year's draft.
Look, I'm obviously biased as hell since the Chiefs are my team. I've even known a few Chiefs cheerleaders over the years. But I'm still not stupid enough to think they are hotter than the Chargers cheerleaders. That would just be insulting to you guys to make that claim. So, I have to go with San Diego tonight.
