This series of photo's is from photographer Miles Aldridge for Vogue. It's called Cat Story and was inspired by in his mother-in-law who he saw putting food out and then watched as numerous cats came out from behind hedges.
(she must have been feeding strays I assume)
Miles will often have special sets built just for his photographs. He also has an eye for detail, resulting in different layers to his work.

These next three shots were call First Impressions and were also shot by Mr Aldridge for Vogue. The inspiration looks like the Stepford Wives to me!
