ALL Penguins can get the NEW item from the Postcard IF someone sends them the Gift :) If you can come to the New Club Penguin Room and help out by sending Gift Cards to as many Penguins as Possible TOGETHER we can make sure that ALL Penguins get the Holiday Toque Hat :)
