To get this Glitch effect start with clearing your Cache then stand sideways and add items to your Penguin Avatar and the item will jump around before it gets in place…
…as soon you have added the item once you should not get this Glitch BUT if you want to see it again just clear your Cache…How to clear Cache in Club Penguin :)
