I am so HAPPY that you DON’T have to be a Club Penguin Member to be a EPF Secret Agent :) Just like before ALL Penguins are WELCOME and we can ALL work TOGETHER to keep Club Penguin SAFE :) If you are a Free Playing Penguin you need an EPF Recruit invitation…I sent one to my Big Brother Littletias :) AND He had something COOL in his Mailbox that I hadn't…an Animated EPF Card!
…Littletias took the Secret Agent Test but as a Non Member Penguin and no Herbert’s Revenge Code (you need BOTH) he can’t get The Black Elite Puffle Flare…Members with the Whistle can call an Exclusive Elite Puffle anytime :)
…BUT… Now we BOTH can work TOGETHER in the EPF Commander Room :) This is so Much FUN :)
