O Berry Smoothies :)
You Will Need:
A blender or food processor
A glass
A straw
Ingredients
1 ripe banana
½ cup frozen berries (try blackberries, raspberries and blueberries)
½ cup berry yogurt
Directions
* Make sure your parent or guardian helps you with these!
- Peel and chop the banana into chunks.
- Pour the chopped banana, berries and yogurt into a food processor or blender.
- Blend together until mixture is smooth.
- Pour into a glass, add a straw and enjoy!
