If you end up in Club Penguin wilderness or any other Wilderness this knowledge will come handy :)
SURVIVAL GUIDE!
Dear Agent,
I assume since you are reading this guidebook you have run into some problems with my sled. I have put together a few tips that will help you survive in the wilderness until you are rescued. I threw this guide together at the last minute, so the tips provided are not in any particular order.
G
#1 STAY PUT
So not try to find your way out on your own. Stay close to your site and wait to be rescued. This will make it easier for rescuers to locate you.
#2 IGNORE TIP #1
Well, don’t ignore it completely. But in order to survive until you are rescued you’ll have to venture out from your site a little bit to find shelter, water, food and a few other things you’ll need.
#3 FIND SHELTER
Look for an area that will provide some warmth and cover from wind, snow, and rain. Caves work well for this purpose. If you can find one you’ll be doing well. If it is very windy you will want to construct a shield of some sort to put at the door of the cave. Bushes and tree branches work well for this.
#4 GET FOOD
I’m not sure what exists in the Club Penguin outback, but I would not recommend eating unknown plants or bark just in case. Better to be on the safe side and stick to regular penguin fare: fish, of course! However don’t spend all your time looking for food. Fire and shelter are more important.
#5 GET WATER
Never eat snow. You never know what has been there ahead of you. Before you drink any water, you must boil it. This will remove any harmful substances from the water. Use water from a river or waterfall and boil it. But you’re going to need fire to get your water to a good, rolling boil. Which leads me to the next tip.
#6 GET FIRE
No signals, no smoke. No smoke, no fire. No fire, no rescue (or water). This part is very important. You will need several items to get a fire going.
Wood: make sure it is dry, look for different sizes
Tinder: use easily flammable material like paper or hair
Heat Source: use this to light the tinder to get your fire going
NOTE! The smoke from your fire, if it is a good one, will help rescuers find you. Build your fire close to or inside your shelter.
#7 USE WHAT YOU HAVE
Be resourceful and try using items you already have. The sled, if you still have it, might come in handy when searching for food or building a fire. I don’t mind if you have to use it to stay warm or safe. I can easily make another one. The sled is made up of a variety of materials I collected around Club Penguin. Try finding multiple uses for one item. This will save time and energy.
#8 BE ALERT
Be on the lookout for wildlife. Watch for paw marks in the snow. Follow them at your own risk, although I’m pretty sure the only wildlife you’ll see are puffles, which present no threat.
…In Club Penguin Mission 2, G’s Secret Mission you will have good use of this knowledge :)
