First you don’t have to be a Member to enter this Room but you have to have one Member with you that has a Costume from the Norman Swarm Costume Trunk :) To enter the Garden Gnome Room you need help from other Penguins Stand on stone Crosses on the Ground and the BIG Black stone will starts to GLOW and then roll away…
…The Secret Garden Gnome Room :) I LOVE the Sparkles :) Stand on the stone Crosses again TOGETHER with your Friends and you can open The Treasure Chest and get The Magical Phial PIN :)
